OK so confession time! I don't hike....I have been more fit at other times in my life then now. With that being said this was a bit out of my comfort zone, and let me tell you, I may have been sweaty but I LOVED every minute of this adventure.
My couple Jerry and Marissa are advend hikers, so I was really hoping that I would not slow them down. They talked were patient with me, though I thought I did pretty well.
They had worries of their own when getting up there. Would they be able to relax and open up? But honestly guys, they were two smitten kittens on this waterfall!! Their chemistry was so natural that I didn't need to talk them into doing much, even when I did they were down for anything. So to say they were an ideal client, is an understatement.
I’m so glad that I was able to get this shoot in for them before Jerry went off to Basic training. Now that it has been a few months I have truly come to love this couple and I can’t wait to shoot their wedding in 2019 at Sugar Loaf!
I will always have a soft spot for military families, as no civilian could really understand where your completely coming from. Stay strong guys even in the wariest times!
